Maroondah City Council's Knit One Warm One project was born out of its' larger Be Kind Maroondah campaign. She also reflected on living in a retirement village during the pandemic, including the worries and challenges for elderly and immunocompromised residents, as well as some of the silver linings that she witnessed as community members came together and found creative ways to support one another through long periods of lockdown and isolation. In this oral history interview on 22 March 2021 Diana Pullin reflected on her experience of knitting scarves, shawls and other warm items for charity as part of Maroondah City Council's Knit One Warm One Project.
