Gather 3x ammunition and contents of a green crate in the open area before you move on.

Sometimes you get lucky and one of them is stuck somewhere, giving you time to deal with them one-on-one. When they’re done, the last two will spawn. Once both are dead, a second pair of Leapers spawn. Take the first one out as soon as possible without using Stasis as you don’t want two Leapers on top of you. As soon as this Pregnant drops, 2 Leapers spawn in the open area. Take out the first Pregnant appearing in front of you, then run back to the other side for the second one. You’ll trigger the Necromorphs when you reach the hallway on the other side. This fight can turn into a hot mess quickly, especially on higher difficulties. Ready your weapons for these Necromorphs: 2 Pregnants and a bunch of Leapers. Step out, then go towards the large open area nearby. Look for a green crate in the hallway, then use the nearby elevator. Enter the next area to trigger a cutscene.

Walk down the corridor but check rooms on either side near the exit for 2x ammunition and Credits. To your left is another open apartment with 2x Credits (on the bed in nursery and on the table in living room).
